The Philippine National Police have proposed of banning the wearing of caps inside malls, in connection with the series of robberies inside Metro Manila malls.
The robbers usually wear cap to conceal their identities.
The proposal received a lot of negative reactions from the public.
The police should ban the burqa or niqab. It may not be entire garment, but perhaps veil part, the covering on the face.
